We offer two types of sliding sash windows

I. Traditional Sliding Sash

These windows are made from Hardwood with box sections to the insides where head weights are provided and are hung on cords and pulleys which travel with the sash as it moves up and down.
We offer a wide variety of mouldings on this window and we can copy moulds to match existing windows.
These windows are supplied with draught seals and can be supplied either in single glazing or 4-8-4 double glazed units with full paint or stain finish.

II. Easy Lift Sash

This window functions the same as a traditional sliding sash, the main difference is that instead of lead weights, a spring lifting system is used which gives easier movement of the sash and there is no need for box sections to the inside of the window frame.
This window is especially suitable for new build houses as there is no need for any added blockwork around the window openings.
